The ANYLOAD 101NH is a nickel-plated alloy steel S-beam load cell designed for accurate, repeatable tension and compression weighing. Offered in rated capacities from 50 to 20,000 lb, it delivers a 3.0 mV/V full scale output with defined zero balance, nonlinearity, repeatability, hysteresis and creep performance, giving engineers and OEM designers a dependable sensing element for tank, hopper and platform scale designs. Its environmentally sealed construction, IP66 or IP67 protection, and published safe and breaking overload ratings add confidence in demanding working conditions.
Installation is straightforward, with internally threaded mounting holes matched to each capacity range, a clearly documented cable color code (excitation red and black, signal green and white, bare shield), and a full dimension and deflection table for fast mechanical design. The datasheet specifies input and output resistance, recommended excitation voltage, compensated temperature range, and shipping weights, so selection and integration can be completed without guesswork. A 6 m cable with flexible strain relief is standard, with a 35 ft cable option on the 15Klb and 20Klb models.
The 101NH is RoHS compliant, with NTEP Class III and OIML C3 / C4.5 approved options, and ATEX, FM and IECEx approved versions are available with the “-Ex” suffix for applications that require certified equipment. An interchangeable reference table cross-references comparable Artech, Coti-Global, Rice Lake, Celtron, Revere, Sensortronics and Vishay S-beam load cells, helping dealers, service technicians and procurement teams identify a direct ANYLOAD replacement quickly.
