The ANYLOAD 106CS Stainless Steel Canister Load Cell is a heavy-duty compression load cell built with IP68 water and corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction, capable of performing reliably even under extreme conditions. Available in capacities ranging from 10t to 100t (10Klb to 200Klb), the 106CS is engineered for demanding industrial environments where durability and long-term sealing performance are critical.

The 106CS delivers a full scale output of 1.75 mV/V ±0.25%, non-linearity under ±0.023%, and repeatability better than ±0.030%, providing dependable, repeatable measurement across demanding load cycles. It is rated for a safe overload of 150% of full scale and a breaking overload of 300% of full scale, giving engineers confidence in its structural margin for high-force compression applications. Standard cabling uses a 7.6 mm diameter, 10 m length cable with a color-coded wiring scheme (Excitation, Signal, and Shield) for straightforward integration into industrial instrumentation systems.
Common applications for the 106CS include railroad and truck scales, tank weighing, and hydraulic test machines, where its rugged canister design and welded seal provide long-term reliability in harsh operating conditions. Designed as a direct-interchange option for major transducer brands, the 106CS is compatible with Cardinal CP1, and Vishay Revere CP and 392B, simplifying retrofit and replacement projects without redesigning existing mounting hardware. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with an “-Ex” suffix for hazardous location weighing applications.
