The ANYLOAD 106RS Stainless Steel Canister Load Cell is a rugged, hermetically sealed compression load cell designed for high-capacity weighing applications ranging from 7.5t to 100t. Machined from 2Cr13 stainless steel with a fully welded IP68 seal, the 106RS is built to withstand harsh, wash-down, and outdoor environments where moisture ingress and corrosion resistance are critical concerns. Its low-profile canister/disk design makes it well suited for tank, hopper, silo, and vessel weighing systems that require a compact, self-aligning compression sensor.
The 106RS delivers a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V ±0.1%, non-linearity as low as ±0.020%, and repeatability under ±0.017%, making it a dependable choice for industrial process weighing. It carries NTEP 1:10,000 Class IIIL and OIML C3 (Y=16,000) approvals for capacities from 10t to 50t, along with CE, RoHS, FM, ATEX, and IECEx certifications (via the “-Ex” suffix) for use in hazardous locations. Optional Type A, Type A1, and Type B mounting cup kits, along with circular base plates, are available to simplify installation into tank and vessel support structures.
Engineered as a direct interchange for competitor canister load cells, including the Coti Global CG-26S6, Fairbanks LCF HR4020-2A, and Flintec RC3, the 106RS allows integrators and plant engineers to retrofit or replace existing systems without redesigning support structures. It is commonly specified for bulk storage tanks, batching systems, silos, hoppers, and other vessel-based weighing applications across agriculture, chemical processing, food and beverage, and industrial manufacturing.
