The ANYLOAD 108BATD is an aluminum, clear anodized single point load cell designed for platform and bench scale applications requiring accurate, repeatable weight measurement. Available in capacities from 3 kg to 100 kg, the 108BATD features a compact, low-profile design with an integrated overload stop and environmentally sealed IP66 rating, making it suitable for light industrial and commercial weighing environments.
Built to meet NTEP Class III (1:5,000) and OIML-CS certifications — C7.5 for 5–30 kg models and C6 for 50–100 kg models — the 108BATD delivers a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V with non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis all within ±0.017%. Its consistent performance across the capacity range makes it a reliable choice for OEM scale manufacturers, system integrators, and industrial weighing equipment producers seeking a certified, interchangeable single point load cell.
The 108BATD is a direct interchangeable replacement for the Vishay Tedea-Huntleigh Model 1030 and is available in ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions with the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous or explosive environments.
