The ANYLOAD 247ASLHUN is a compression-type stainless steel load cell designed for force measurement applications requiring imperial thread mounting. Available in rated capacities from 250kg to 10t, it is machined from 17-4PH stainless steel and features an environmentally sealed IP66 housing, making it suitable for demanding industrial and outdoor environments where moisture and contamination resistance are critical.
Engineered for precision and reliability, the 247ASLHUN delivers non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis error all rated below ±0.5%, ensuring consistent and repeatable readings across its operating range. The load cell operates within a nominal temperature range of -10°C to 40°C (14°F to 104°F) and supports safe overload up to 150% of full scale and breaking overload up to 300% of full scale, providing a robust safety margin for industrial force measurement applications.
With ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions available (denoted by the “-Ex” suffix), the 247ASLHUN is well suited for use in hazardous locations and industrial weighing systems including tank and hopper scales, process control equipment, industrial automation, and OEM force measurement integration.
