ANYLOAD 535TS2A

The ANYLOAD 535TS2A is a stainless steel 2-axis load pin designed for measuring forces in two perpendicular directions (Fx and Fy) with a single sensor. Covering capacities from 2t to 100t, it delivers a 1.0 mV/V full scale output with a tight zero balance, while holding nonlinearity, repeatability, hysteresis, and creep to fractions of a percent of full scale. Machined from 2Cr13 stainless steel, it gives engineers and OEM designers a rugged, dependable sensor for demanding two-axis force measurement. Environmentally sealed to IP67, it stands up to a 150% safe overload and a 400% breaking overload.

Seven capacity ratings, from 2t to 100t, make it easy to match the load pin to your application, with compact bodies weighing from just 0.8 kg to 30 kg. Dimensions are clearly defined in both metric and imperial units, so fitting the pin into your design is straightforward. Wiring is just as simple: a color-coded cable carries excitation, two signal pairs, and shield, and the standard 5.1 mm cable comes in 3 m lengths for capacities under 10t and 10 m lengths for 10t and above. With a 400 Ω input resistance, 350 Ω output resistance, 10V recommended excitation (15V maximum), and a compensated temperature range of -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F), you can specify, wire, and mount the 535TS2A without guesswork.
