The ANYLOAD 563WS and 563WS30 are stainless steel single ended beam load cells designed for use in platform scales, floor scales, and weigh bar applications across a broad range of industrial and legal-for-trade weighing systems. The 563WS series covers capacities from 1.25Klb to 25Klb, while the 563WS30 extends the range from 37.5Klb to 50Klb, with the 563WS30-F variant reaching 60–75Klb, including the heavy-duty 563WS30-F variant rated up to 75Klb with a dedicated hardware suspension kit. Both series are constructed from 2Cr13 stainless steel and carry IP67 environmental sealing, making them well-suited for washdown, outdoor, and harsh industrial environments.
The 563WS30 series is NTEP certified (Certificate of Conformance 23-020) for Class III/IIIL multiple-cell applications at nmax 10,000, covering capacities from 10Klb to 100Klb in the 3.0 mV/V configuration. OIML-CS C6 (Y=25,000) approval is also available — contact us to confirm the certified configuration for your capacity. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved variants are available with the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous locations and explosive atmospheres. The 563WS30 delivers a 3.0 mV/V output, while the 563WS provides 2.0 mV/V, with non-linearity and repeatability held to ±0.02% on enhanced variants (with hysteresis and creep up to ±0.03%).
A key strength of these load cells is their broad interchangeability with weigh bars from Avery Weigh-Tronix, Coti-Global, and Rice Lake, simplifying service and retrofit work on existing platform and floor scale installations. The 563WS30-F includes a compatible hardware mounting kit (part 563WS30-F-PARTS-A) that is interchangeable with the Avery Weigh-Tronix Easi-Post Suspension Kit, supporting direct replacement in LP and Max Deck floor scale platforms without structural modification.
