ANYLOAD MK4-101NHM2

The MK4-101NHM2 Tension Weigh Module Kit is a complete, ready-to-install solution for high-accuracy tension weighing of suspended tanks and hoppers. Combining four 101NH alloy steel S-beam load cells with four 101NHM2 alloy steel weigh modules, a water-resistant junction box, and shielded cable, the kit provides everything needed to build a reliable multi-point weighing system. With capacities from 50 lb to 10,000 lb per module, it suits applications ranging from small process vessels to large suspended hoppers, and is especially well proven in concrete batching plants.

Tension weigh modules such as the MK4-101NHM2 are ideal where a vessel is hung from overhead structure rather than supported from below. The 101NHM2 modules are built from durable alloy steel for long service life in demanding industrial environments, and the included grounding strap diverts stray currents to protect the load cells. Typical applications include suspended cement, aggregate, and water hoppers in concrete batching plants, as well as suspended tanks, process vessels, batching systems, and other tension-loaded weighing installations in construction materials, chemical processing, food and beverage, and general manufacturing.
Each kit includes four 101NH alloy steel S-beam load cells, four 101NHM2 weigh modules, one J04SA-16 water-resistant junction box, and a 65 ft (20 m) roll of 4-wire PVC cable with copper braid and foil shielding. Compatible load cells are available with NTEP certification from 100 lb to 20,000 lb for legal-for-trade applications and with OIML certification from 200 kg to 10 t for international standards compliance. CE, RoHS, and Ex certifications support use across a wide range of industrial settings, making the kit well suited for system integrators, OEMs, and plant engineers who want matched components in a single package.
